|5 tablespoons||Hellmann's lowfat mayonnaise|
|2 tablespoons||Dijon mustard|
|1 teaspoon||Dried parsley|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|⅛ teaspoon||Tabasco sauce|
|½ cup||Bread crumbs|
|½ teaspoon||Dried tarragon|
|1 pounds||Shrimp; peeled & deveined|
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon juice & tabasco. Combine bread crumbs & tarragon.
Dip small-sized shrimp in mayonnaise mixture, stirring to coat. Dredge in bread crumb mixture, coating evenly.
Place on a cookie sheet that has been lined with foil & the foil sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 500F for 15 minutes or until golden.
