Yield: 6 Servings
|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 medium||Green pepper; chopped|
|1 medium||Onion; chopped|
|11⅛ ounce||Can condensed Italian tomato soup; undiluted|
|4½ ounce||Jar sliced mushrooms; drained|
|2 cups||(8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese|
|32 ounces||Pkg frozen Tater Tots|
In a skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in, baking dish. Top with cheese and then the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.
