Pizza tot casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Green pepper; chopped
1 medium Onion; chopped
11⅛ ounce Can condensed Italian tomato soup; undiluted
4½ ounce Jar sliced mushrooms; drained
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
32 ounces Pkg frozen Tater Tots

In a skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in, baking dish. Top with cheese and then the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.
