Pizza dippers (not bad)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Italian sausage
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
⅓ cup Cold water
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Shortening

Brown sausage, crumbling, and drain. Combine flour, cheese, salt.

Cut in shortening until mixture resembles peas. Stir in the sausage.

Add water a bit at a time until the mixture can be shaped into balls.

Bake 10-12 minutes @ 450~. Serve with toothpicks and PIZZA SAUCE.
