24 \N | Slices pepperoni, each about 1 1/2 inches in diameter |
12 \N | Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves |
4 ounces | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
½ teaspoon | Dried oregano leaves |
Mix margarine and garlic; spread on muffin halves. Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges; do not separate. Place 1 slice pepperoni and 1 tomato half on each muflfin wedge. Place in broiler pan. Mix cheese and oregano; sprinkle over mufiin wedges.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550F: Broil muffin wedges with tops about 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Cut to separate into wedges. 6 servings; 65 calories per serving.
