Pineapple-chicken-cheese melt

Ingredients

| 1 | 20 oz can sliced pineapple | |
| 5 | larges | Half chicken breasts |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ½ | cup | Sliced green onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dill weed,crumbled |
| 5 | English muffins,split,toasted | |
| 1½ | cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
Directions
Drain pineapple. Skin and bone chicken; cut each in half and pound flat. Saute in butter until golden; sprinkle with salt. Combine mayonnaise, onion and dill weed. Spread ½ mixture over muffins.
Place one piece chicken on each half. Top each with pineapple.
Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Broil about 4" from heat for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbly and browned.
