3 tablespoons | Pickle syrup |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Pickles, chopped |
1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
1 pounds | Shrimp, cooked |
1 x | Rice, cooked |
Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in saucepan.
Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened. Add the cooked shrimp and heat through. Serve on rice.
