Pineapple shrimp

Ingredients

| 2½ | cup | Pineapple chunks |
| 3 | tablespoons | Pickle syrup |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Pickles, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| 1 | pounds | Shrimp, cooked |
| 1 | x | Rice, cooked |
Directions
Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in saucepan.
Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened. Add the cooked shrimp and heat through. Serve on rice.
