Yield: 10 Servings
|3 cups||Miniature marshmallows|
|1 can||(20-oz) crushed pineapple (in own juice); drained|
|1 can||(20-oz) pineapple chunks in juice; or tidbits, drained|
|1 can||(11-oz) water-packed mandarin oranges; drained|
|1 cup||Fat-free plain or tropical-flavored yogurt|
|½ cup||Flaked coconut|
In a large bowl, gently combine the marshmellows, crushed pineapple, pineapple chunks or tidbits, oranges, yogurt and coconut. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Makes 10 side-dish servings.
