Pili pili

| 10 | Habanero chilies, stemmed | |
| ½ | medium | Onion, yellow |
| 1 | medium | Garlic clove |
| ½ | Lemon, juice only | |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| 1 | pinch | Oregano |
Directions
Chop chilies, onion and garlic in a processor. Add other ingredients and blend. Refrigerate (sauce keeps 2 weeks). Makes 1 cup.
Variations: In Berlin, this sauce is made with fresh ginger. Or, omit olive oil and serve Pili Pili as a relish with grilled meat.
