Pickled pike

teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
2cupsWater
½cupWhite vinegar
tablespoonSugar
2teaspoonsPickling spice
2Bay leaves

Directions

Combine 2 sliced onions, the pike, salt, pepper and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 25 minutes.
