Peta goblin soup

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Margerine; or water
1 medium Onion; chopped\\
16 ounces Can pumpkin puree
1⅓ cup Water
3 cups Soy milk
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Sugar
\N \N ;pepper to taste
\N \N ;croutons

In large saucepan over medium heat, heat the margerine or water and cook the onion until tender, stirring often, about 5 mins. Stir in the pumpkin, water, soy milk, nutmeg, sugar and pepper.
