Perfect salmon mold

Ingredients

| 1 | Envelope unflavoured gelatin | |
| 1 | cup | Undiluted Carnation 2% E. milk |
| 1 | can | (7.5 oz) drained flaked salmon |
| 1 | pack | Softened cream cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Mayo |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped green onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over Carnation in small saucepan; let stand 1- min. to soften. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved; cool. Pour into blender container. Add salmon, ream cheese, Mayo, lemon juice, onion, parsley and salt. cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 3 cup mold. chill until firm. Unmold, garnish and serve with crackers. Makes about 2½ cups.
