Potted salmon

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Cold; boneless salmon
3 \N Pounded anchovies or 1 tbsp anchovy paste
4 ounces Butter
1 pinch Mace
\N \N Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, pound well, press into a dish.

Cover with melted butter, chill.

Serve with toast, plain bread or rolls.
