Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Cold; boneless salmon |
| 3 | Pounded anchovies or 1 tbsp anchovy paste | |
| 4 | ounces | Butter |
| 1 | pinch | Mace |
| Salt and cayenne pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients, pound well, press into a dish.
Cover with melted butter, chill.
Serve with toast, plain bread or rolls.
