Peppermint candy ice cream

Ingredients

| 2 | quarts | Milk |
| 5 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 2 | packs | Dream Whip; mixed |
| 1½ | cup | Peppermint candy; crushed |
Directions
Blend eggs, sugar, and 2 cups milk in blender very well. Heat mixture in double boiler with the rest of the milk and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon. DO NOT BOIL! Cool well and fold in Dream Whip and peppermind candy, well crushed (you can use up to 2 cups candy). Freeze in ice cream freezer according to machines directions.
