Pecan stuffing

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Chopped Pecans
4 cups Bread cubes
4 tablespoons Butter, melted
¼ cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
½ cup Sweet red pepper (minced)
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1½ cup Chicken Stock
\N \N Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients, season with S & P.

Place in greased 9"x 13" baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
