1	cup	PECANS, chopped
6	tablespoons	BUTTER, melted
¼	cup	BROWN SUGAR
		Mix and pat into 10-inch springform pan (bottom and sides).
		CAKE
2	pounds	CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and warmed in
		Microwave 2 minutes on high.
5		JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and warmed in
		Microwave 25 seconds
2	cups	BROWN SUGAR
1	cup	PECANS, chopped
1	teaspoon	VANILLA
½	cup	WHIPPING CREAM
¼	cup	CORNSTARCH
