|1 cup||Butter or margarine --|
|½ cup||Confectioner's sugar -- 1|
|2¼ cup||All-purpose flour|
|¾ cup||Pecans -- finely chopped|
|¼ cup||Confectioner's sugar|
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Combine the flour and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans.
Chill. Poll into 1 in. balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 deg. for 10 to 12 min. Roll in confectioners' sugar while warm. Cool; roll in sugar again. Yield: about 48.
