|2 cups||Ground pecans|
|\N \N||Confectioner's sugar|
Cream butter until soft; add sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Stir flour and pecans into mixture. Roll dough into small balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
