Peas with dumplings

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg, slightly beaten | |
| ⅓ | cup | Milnot |
| 2 | cans | Peas |
| Flour to make stiff dough | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Cook peas; set aside. Heat 2 quart saucepan of water to boiling.
Take a small amount of dough on tip of a knife and dip in boiling water. The dumpling will slip off. Repeat with remainder of dough.
Boil for about 3 to 5 minutes, then drain. Dot with butter. Add to cooked peas. Season with salt to taste. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-14-94
