Pear and almond salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Pear halves
\N \N Watercress
2 cups Cottage cheese
½ cup Shredded almonds

For each serving place 2 pear halves on a bed of watercress or a salad plate. fill the center of each pear half with cottage cheese and garnish with shredded almonds. Serve with dressing of choice.
