Measure | Ingredient |

3 cups | Cooked chicken; cubed |
1½ cup | Diced celery |
3 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 cup | Seedless white grapes |
1 cup | Toasted almonds |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | White pepper |
¼ cup | Light cream |
2 \N | Hard cooked eggs; sliced |
Mix chicken, celery, lemon juice & chill at least 1 hour. Add grapes & almonds. Combine rest of ingredients except eggs. Tos chicken mixture with mayonnaise & spices. Garnish with hard-cooked egg. Serves 8.
