Peach sauce supreme

2 | cups | Water |
3 | mediums | Peaches or 2 frozen peaches |
¼ | cup | Apple juice |
1 | tablespoon | Orange juice |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Almond extract |
2 | teaspoons | Grand Marnier (opt) |
Ice cream or cake |
Place water & peaches in pan. Boil & drain then chop; set aside. (if using frozen peaches, omit boiling.) Place juices & sugar in pan, boil rapidly. Stir in chopped peaches. Cook until peaches are slightly soft. Stir in extract & Grand Marnier. Serve warm or chilled over ice cream or cake.
