Peach sparkler

⅓ cup Chopped peeled fresh peaches
⅓ cup Chilled sparkling mineral water
1 each Fresh peach slice impaled on a wooden skewer for garnish
1 each Fresh mint sprig for garnish

In a blender or food processor, puree fruit and mineral water until smooth. Pour into a chilled stemmed glass. Farnish with peach slice and mint.
