1tablespoonChicken fat or oil
1xOnion, medium
3xesEggs, hard boiled
1xMayonnaise
1xSalt, garlic salt or garlic juice

Directions

Fry livers until well done. Put livers, eggs and onion through meat grinder. Add fat or oil, salt, garlic; mix well. Add mayo to desired consistency.
