Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
½ pounds | Liverwurst |
4 tablespoons | Minced parsley |
4 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | Minced onion |
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix; or mash liverwurst and add remaining ingredients and blend with mixer. Mold into desired shape or serve in a bowl with crackers or melba rounds.
