Pasta with tomato-shrimp sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Pasta*
1¼ pounds Plum tomatoes,ripe
16 \N Shrimp,large,cooked,cleaned
¼ cup Basil,fresh,chopped
2 \N Garlic cloves,finely chopped

* - angel hair pasta or spaghetti 

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Chop tomatoes.

Combine the tomatoes with shrimp, basil and garlic in bowl. Drain pasta. Place pasta on 4 dinner plates. Spoon sauce over the pasta.
