Pasta with hot peppers

Ingredients

1eachOnion, finely chopped
1eachRed bell pepper, minced
2eachesFresh cayenne chiles, chopped
1cupMushrooms
1tablespoonOlive oil
3eachesTomatoes, chopped
2tablespoonsBasil, chopped
½teaspoonMarjoram, dried
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
3cupsFusili pasta, uncooked
2tablespoonsParsley, chopped

Directions

Heat the oil & when warmed, saute the onion, bell pepper, chiles & mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, basil, marjoram & simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt & pepper.

Cook the pasta accroding to package instructions. Drain. Toss the pasta with the sauce in a serving bowl & garnish with parsley before serving.
