Pasta with chicken and spicy sausage

1 teaspoon Schwartz Piri Piri Seasoning
8 ounces Chicken breast; skinned and diced
; (225g)
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
4 ounces Spicy sausage - thinly sliced; (100g)
2 Tomatoes - skinned and diced
1 4 ounces ful fat soft cheese; (100g)
¼ pint Milk; (150ml)
2 teaspoons Schwartz Parsley
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions

Sprinkle the Piri Piri Seasoning onto the chicken. Heat the oil in a large pan and stir-fry the chicken until brown. Add the sausage and fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the tomatoes. After another couple of minutes add the cream cheese, milk and 1½ tsp Parsley.

Cook until bubbling and thickened and serve on a bed of pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and extra Parsley.
