Pasta with chicken and spicy sausage

| 8 | ounces | Chicken breast; skinned and diced |

| 4 | ounces | Spicy sausage - thinly sliced; (100g) |
| 2 | Tomatoes - skinned and diced | |
| 1 | 4 ounces ful fat soft cheese; (100g) | |
| ¼ | pint | Milk; (150ml) |
| 2 | teaspoons | Schwartz Parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Sprinkle the Piri Piri Seasoning onto the chicken. Heat the oil in a large pan and stir-fry the chicken until brown. Add the sausage and fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the tomatoes. After another couple of minutes add the cream cheese, milk and 1½ tsp Parsley.
Cook until bubbling and thickened and serve on a bed of pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and extra Parsley.
