Ingredients

1Envelope unflavored gelatin cold water
1cupSour cream
½cupMayonnaise
3tablespoonsVinegar
¼teaspoonSalt
Pepper to taste
cupHam; cooked; diced
1cupCelery; sliced
¼cupParsely; chopped
3tablespoonsGreen onion; chopped

Directions

Soften gelatin in water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Blend in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until thickened; whip until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into 5-½ cup ring mold. Chill until firm. MM Wrenn Source: Military Officers' Wives: Holiday Cookbook
