\N \N White Cummin seeds
\N \N Fennel seeds
\N \N Fenugreek Seeds
\N \N Mustard Seeds
\N \N Wild onion Seeds

This is a Bengali mixture of 5 spices. There are several possible combinations, but this is my favourite.

Simply mix together equal parts (a teaspoon of each is plenty).
