1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
1 tablespoon Black mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Nigella seeds (black onion seeds)
1 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds


Mix all the spices together. Use to flavor pulses and vegetable dishes. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep for 3-4 months.
