Ox tail stew

Measure Ingredient
½ pack Beef stew seasoning
\N \N 1 1 1/2 lb ox tails
½ pounds Frozen mixed vegetables
\N \N Water
1 tablespoon Oil

1. Heat oil in a quart saucepan. Brown ox tails on all sides. 2. Discard oil. A ½ package of seasoning and enough water just to cover ox tail. 3.

Cook/simmer ox tail until almost tender (2-2½ hours). 4. Add ½ pound frozen mixed vegetables. Simmer for another ½ to 1 hour.
