Measure | Ingredient |

6 slices | White bread |
2¼ cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup | Chopped ham |
5 \N | Eggs |
2 tablespoons | Green onions |
¾ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
¾ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 dash | Cayanne pepper |
\N \N | Salt and pepper to taste |
1¾ cup | Milk |
Trim crust from bread, butter slices lightly and fit into buttered 7x11 dish. Sprinkle with 1½ c. cheese. Top with ham. Mix eggs, onion, mustard, etc. together and pour over layered ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
Then top with remaining cheese, bake an additional 10 minutes or until center appears to be set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Makes 6-8 servings.
This is a really good, easy recipe. We've had it Christmas morning the past two years.
