Overnight breakfast strata

Ingredients

| 6 | slices | White bread | 
| 2¼ | cup | Shredded cheddar cheese | 
| 1 | cup | Chopped ham | 
| 5 | Eggs | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Green onions | 
| ¾ | teaspoon | Dry mustard | 
| ¾ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder | 
| 1 | dash | Cayanne pepper | 
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1¾ | cup | Milk | 
Directions
Trim crust from bread, butter slices lightly and fit into buttered 7x11 dish. Sprinkle with 1½ c. cheese. Top with ham. Mix eggs, onion, mustard, etc. together and pour over layered ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. 
Then top with remaining cheese, bake an additional 10 minutes or until center appears to be set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. 
Makes 6-8 servings.
This is a really good, easy recipe. We've had it Christmas morning the past two years.
