6 tablespoons | Italian style salad dressing |
4 tablespoons | Italian seasoned bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons | Garted romano or parmesan cheese |
From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Cut scallops into bite size cubes. Mix with salad dressing. Marinate for one hour. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Roll scallop cubes in this mixture or shake in closed plastic bag. Arrange in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake uncovered in preheated, very hot 475 degree oven for about eight minutes.
