Our homemade ice cream

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 can (14-oz) Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 pint Half and Half
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Beat eggs until fluffy, adding sugar gradually. Fold in Eagle Brand. Add Half and Half and vanilla and pour into ice cream freezer (6 quart size).

Fill to 3 inches from top with milk. Variation: add chocolate chips or any fruit that has been sweetened with sugar. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
