Orange-cream-cheese frosting

| 3 | ounces | Cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | teaspoon | Butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Orange juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
| 1½ | cup | Confectioner's sugar |
Directions
In small bowl cream softened cream cheese , and butter or margarine, softened. Stir in orange juice and grated orange peel. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth.
NOTES : Perfect for gingerbread.
