Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Orange juice |
1 tablespoon | Orange peel |
3 cups | Pecans |
Combine sugar, orange juice and orange peel and cook to a soft-ball stage.
Add pecans. Stir with wooden spoon until opaque. Drop on waxed paper.
Separate pecans.
