Orange mandarin cake

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Cooking oil
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 can (large) crushed pineapple
1 carton Cool whip
1 \N Box (large) instant vanilla pudding mix


To the cake mix, add eggs, oil and oranges; mix thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees until done, about 30 minutes. Makes 2 nine inch layers. Slice layers in half making 4 layers. To make icing: Mix all ingredients together well. Put between layers of the cake as a filling and on top of the cake.
