Orange kiss-me cake (parve)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Marg.; (or shortening)
½ cup Orange juice; (NOT concentrate)
½ cup Orange juice CONCENTRATE
2 \N Eggs
2 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup WHITE raisins
½ cup Chopped walnuts
¼ cup O.J. concentrate
⅓ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup Chopped walnuts

TOPPING

Source: Mom (Mrs. Helen Newman, Toronto & Jerusalem) ~Cream marg.,O.J., concentrate, eggs & sugar.

~Add dry ingredients.

~In large mixer bowl, blend at lowest speed ½ minute, med. speed 3 minutes.

~Add white raisins & chopped nuts, blend.

~Pour into greased & floured 9x13" pan.

~Bake @ 350F for 30-40 mins.

~Drizzle remaining 1/4C O.J. conc. over HOT cake.

~Mix sugar, cinnamon and walnuts for topping. Sprinkle with topping.

~Smack your lips & enjoy!!!
