Orange barbecued turkey

| 1 | teaspoon | Orange peel -- grated |

| 2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| Or 1 garlic clove, minced | ||
Directions
Place turkey in a shallow glass baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 4-6 hours or overnight. Grill or broil steaks until done, about 3-5 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Yield: about 4 servings.
