Orange almond pastries

Ingredients

½cupOrange marmalade
3dropsAlmond extract
6Sheets frozen phyllo pastry
Thawed
Butter-flavored Pam
¼cupLight cream cheese -- or
Regular
1tablespoonSifted powdered sugar

Directions

Combine marmalade & extract; set aside. Coat phyllo sheets, working with 1 sheet at a time, lightly with Pam. Fold each in half lengthwise. Coat with Pam; cut crosswise into 4 (6½ x 4 ½") rectangles. Spread ½ tsp cream cheese on short side of each phyllo strip; top each with 1 tsp marmalade mixture. Fold long sides in about ½". Beginning with the marmalade-filled end, roll up jellyroll fashion. Place each roll, seam side down, on a baking sheet. Coat tops of roll with Pam. Bake 375 for 7 min. Remove from pan & sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely.
