Onion pasta

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Minced dried onion
⅓ cup Water
2⅓ cup Flour
2 eaches Beaten eggs
1 teaspoon Olive oil or cooking oil

To soften minced dried onion, combine it with water. In a mixing bowl, place 2 cups of the flour. Combine eggs, olive oil, and onion-water mixture; add to flour and mix well. Sprinkle remaining flour onto kneading surface and knead for 10 minutes, cover and let rest 10 minutes and then roll and cut into desired shapes. Makes 1 pound pasta.
