Ingredients

3cupsGround (minced) chicken
1cupBreadcrumbs
¼cupApple or mango chutney
1Egg
2teaspoonsFlour
1smallOnion, finely minced
Pepper and salt to taste
1teaspoonCoriander seed powder
Oil for frying
Matzoh meal for coating
4Pitted prunes (up to 5)
½cupMushrooms
½smallPineapple cut into small pieces (or may use tinned)
1Onion, sliced into rings
2Cloves garlic, minced in a garlic press
cupWater
1tablespoonPareve chicken soup powder
Oil for frying

Directions

SAUCE

1. Mix together all the above ingredients except for the oil and matzoh meal. Mix well and form into patties 2. Dredge the patties in the matzoh meal 3. Fry in the oil

4. Drain on kitchen paper (paper towels) Serve with the following Sauce: 1. Put the oil into a pan and heat up with the garlic until fragrant 2. When garlic is fragrant, add the onion rings; fry until wilted down 3.
