Nopalitos with scrambled eggs

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Parboiled nopalitos
2 tablespoons Salsa; up to 3
\N \N Garlic
\N \N Salt & pepper
\N \N Oil
2 \N Eggs

Saute one cup parboiled nopalitos, Two or three tablespoons salsa, garlic, salt/pepper, in oil. Add two eggs. Scramble.

Wrap it up in corn tortillas.
