Noodle spaghetti bowl

Measure Ingredient
1 ounce Medium dried noodles
½ ounce Butter
\N \N Vegetable stock or water
1 ounce Broccoli
1 ounce Beansprouts
1 \N Carrot
1 ounce Peas
\N \N Toasted sesame seeds

Sweat the broccoli and carrot in the butter for 2 minutes. Add the fresh stock or water, noodles, beansprouts and peas. Simmer for 3-4 minutes and finish with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds.
