Chicken spaghetti

Measure Ingredient
5 eaches Boneless chicken breasts
1 can Chicken broth
1 small Jar pimentos with juice
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 large Can mushrooms optional
1 pounds Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup Green pepper
1 each Onion
4 eaches Stalks celery
4 tablespoons Parsley
1 pack Shredded sharp cheese
3 cups Cooked spaghetti - break into thirds before cooking

Cut chicken in bite size pieces and cook in large pot with broth until tender and done. Add pimentos, soup, mushrooms, spaghetti, and chopped ingredients, and simmer about 10 minutes. Add chopped velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Pour into cake pan and spread grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
