No-egg cocoa snack cake

Yield: 1 Cake

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons White vinegar
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Vanilla
½ teaspoon Salt

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8 or 9 inch square microwave baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir into flour mixture. Microwave on High 6-7 minutes (until the cake tests done), rotating ¼ turn twice. Cool for 10 minutes, then place on wire rack. Submitted By BRIAN_MACFARLANE@...
