No-bake matzo cake

Ingredients

6Whole matzos, each soaked in wine 1 minute
1Recipe Chocolate Cream
1smallBar bitter chocolate (melted in 1/4 c. wine)
1cupSoft margerine
1tablespoonCocoa melted in:
¼cupWine
1Egg yolk
¾cupSugar
1teaspoonVanilla

CHOCOLATE CREAM

Beth Torah Sisterhood Cookbook, Richardson, Texas Mix the margerine with the egg yolk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Soak 1 matzo, spread with Chocolate Cream and continue with the rest of the matzos. Top this with the melted chocolate. Chill. Cut in small slices. May be topped with whipped cream, nuts or cherries, but great plain.
