New jersey sweet potato honey pie

| 2 | cups | Pureed cooked sweet potatoes |
| 1 | cup | Clover honey |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| pinch | Of ground cloves | |
| ¾ | cup | Evaporated milk |
| 3 | eaches | Beaten eggs |
Directions
½ TSP. EACH: NUTMEG, GINGE
Thoroughly mix together, pureed potatoes, honey, milk, salt, spices and eggs. Pour into 9" pie shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Best served chilled with whipped cream on top.
