Apple peach apricot chutney

Measure Ingredient
5 mediums Green apples, cored, peeled, chopped
1 cup Dried peaches
1 cup Dried apricots
½ cup Golden raisins
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Wine vinegar
2½ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Red chili pepper, ground

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are chunks about ½ inch in size.

Place in glass container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 days.
