Measure | Ingredient |

5 mediums | Green apples, cored, peeled, chopped |
1 cup | Dried peaches |
1 cup | Dried apricots |
½ cup | Golden raisins |
4 \N | Cloves garlic, minced |
2 cups | Wine vinegar |
2½ cup | Sugar |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Red chili pepper, ground |
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are chunks about ½ inch in size.
Place in glass container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 days.
