1tablespoonfat,
1cupbroth or water with chicken
1bouillon cube
¼cuplemon juice
¾cuporange juice
½cupmushrooms, chopped,
1tablespoonparsley, chopped,
1pinchginger
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
2green peppers, chopped.

Directions

Cut up the rabbit and brown pieces in fat in a heavy pot. Add broth and other ingredients, season with salt, pepper and ginger. Cover and cook slowly until tender.
